Jason Kuflik | Executive Chairman, GS Power Partners
Jason Kuflik is Executive Chairman and a founding member of GS Power Partners. With more than 15 years in financial management, commercial development, and operations, Jason is a seasoned clean energy leader. As Executive Chairman, he is focused on the company’s long-term strategic direction, stakeholder relationships, and advancing the company’s mission to accelerate the energy transition through responsible investments and industry partnerships.
Prior to founding GS Power Partners, Jason served in leadership roles for both finance and renewables organizations. Early in his career, Jason worked at Bernath & Rosenberg, where he advised on all aspects of cash management and tax planning for high net-worth clients and oversaw accounts totaling over $100 million. In 2009, Jason transitioned to a large solar developer, where he began managing due diligence operations. He later moved into development, successfully closing over 200 megawatts of Power Purchase Agreements. At OnForce Solar, Jason served as Vice President of Commercial Business Development, and later, Chief Strategy Officer, where he managed all aspects of the commercial division.
Jason serves on the GJGNY Advisory Council for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and is a rotating member of the SHC Alliance Council for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). He graduated with an accounting and economics degree from Queens College.
Daniel Fetter is Partner, Deputy Head of Value Creation at CVC DIF North America. Daniel started his career at the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the telecom sector and then joined the Telus Corp. to support the C-suite in priority P&L improvement initiatives. After completing his MBA at INSEAD in 2005, he joined CPP Investment’s new Infrastructure PE team where he became a Managing Director and led transactions, held Board roles and
Vincent Liu joined CVC DIF in 2016 and was appointed to partner on the 1st of October 2022. Based in Toronto, Vincent co-heads CVC DIF’s North American activities and is one of CVC DIF’s sector specialists in renewable energy, energy transition, and digital infrastructure.
Daniel is a Director based in CVC DIF’s New York office, focusing on origination, execution, and oversight of CVC DIF’s North American infrastructure investments. Daniel has 6 years of experience in private infrastructure investments in both the United States and Canada. Prior to joining CVC DIF, Daniel was an Associate at Plenary Americas in the Project Structuring and Investment team. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Avi is a Partner responsible for the sourcing and investment in real estate, focusing on hard asset lending, multi family acquisitions in NYC Area and JV/LP Equity. Avi has over 12 years of experience in real estate investing and real estate advisory services. Prior to joining Adelsberg Associates, Avi was a Manager of Investments and Acquisitions at DSJ Management specializing in residential and mixed-use real estate and an associate at KPMG NY in the Real Estate & Construction Group. Avi holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
David oversees the Real Estate Investment and Management at DSJ Management and advises on investment strategy and asset management as a Partner at Adelsberg Associates. David has over 9 years of experience in real estate investing. Prior to joining DSJ Management, David was an associate at Cohn Lifland and a summer law clerk at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Division. David holds a Doctorate of Law from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Economics from Columbia University. He is a GS Power Partners board observer.
