Jason Kuflik | Chief Executive Officer, GS Power Partners

Jason Kuflik is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a founding member of GS Power Partners. As CEO, he is focused on the company’s growth strategy and realizing the company’s mission to advance the energy transition through responsible investments and industry partnerships.

Prior to founding GS Power Partners, Jason served as Vice President of Commercial Business Development, and later, Chief Strategy Officer at OnForce Solar, where he managed all aspects of the commercial division. He also worked at Bernath & Rosenberg, where he advised on all aspects of cash management and tax planning for high net-worth clients and oversaw accounts totaling over $100 million.

Jason serves on the GJGNY Advisory Council for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and is a rotating member of the SHC Alliance Council for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). He graduated with an accounting and economics degree from Queens College.

Vincent Liu | Partner, Co-Head of North America, CVC DIF

Vincent Liu joined CVC DIF in 2016 and was appointed to partner on the 1st of October 2022. Based in Toronto, Vincent co-heads CVC DIF’s North American activities and is one of CVC DIF’s sector specialists in renewable energy, energy transition, and digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining CVC DIF, Vincent worked with the North American infrastructure group at Macquarie Capital, the advisory and principal investment division of Macquarie Group, and the infrastructure investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets where he was primarily responsible for advising North American and international public and private sector clients in M&A and financing mandates.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Vincent served in the Canadian Navy.

George Craig | Director, CVC DIF

George is a Director based in CVC DIF’s Toronto office, overseeing investments in CVC DIF’s North American portfolio with a focus on energy transition. George has over 10 years of experience in infrastructure investments in both the United States and Canada. Prior to joining CVC DIF, George was a Manager in PwC’s Business Modelling Services Group supporting infrastructure, energy, and metals and mining clients. George holds both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Daniel Beri | Director, CVC DIF

Daniel is a Director based in CVC DIF’s New York office, focusing on origination, execution, and oversight of CVC DIF’s North American infrastructure investments. Daniel has 6 years of experience in private infrastructure investments in both the United States and Canada. Prior to joining CVC DIF, Daniel was an Associate at Plenary Americas in the Project Structuring and Investment team. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Avi Adelsberg | Partner, Adelsberg Associates LLC

Avi is a Partner responsible for the sourcing and investment in real estate, focusing on hard asset lending, multi family acquisitions in NYC Area and JV/LP Equity. Avi has over 12 years of experience in real estate investing and real estate advisory services. Prior to joining Adelsberg Associates, Avi was a Manager of Investments and Acquisitions at DSJ Management specializing in residential and mixed-use real estate and an associate at KPMG NY in the Real Estate & Construction Group. Avi holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Maryland.

David Adelsberg | Manager, DSJ Management Corp; Partner, Adelsberg Associates LLC

David oversees the Real Estate Investment and Management at DSJ Management and advises on investment strategy and asset management as a Partner at Adelsberg Associates. David has over 9 years of experience in real estate investing. Prior to joining DSJ Management, David was an associate at Cohn Lifland and a summer law clerk at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Division. David holds a Doctorate of Law from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Economics from Columbia University. He is a GS Power Partners board observer.
