DIF buys majority interest in US solar platform Green Street Power

DIF Capital Partners, investing through its latest infrastructure fund, is acquiring a majority interest in Green Street Power Partners, a US-based solar platform. The manager’s DIF Infrastructure VII fund has agreed to buy the stake in the developer and operator of distributed generation solar projects for an undisclosed amount.
