As of December 9, we are now GS Power Partners. In April 2023, CVC DIF, a global investment firm with almost $20 billion in assets under management, invested in our company.  Since then, we have implemented new processes designed to fuel our continued growth and expanded our senior team.

Our new name and brand reflect our strategic focus and expanding market footprint. Find out more about our plans from our executive management team!

People and Partnerships

Along with key technology investments designed to solidify processes and ensure consistency across our landowner, EPC, financial and government relationships, company culture and team building are critical to GS Power Partners’ success. We are working to develop an informed, empowered, and effective team that will deliver value to all of our partners and stakeholders.

Lori Arndt, the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, brings her 25+ years of experience of organizational development to the company. She is excited about the company’s approach to partnerships and staff development.

Arndt commented, “I believe the unique way we approach external partnerships, as well as the value we place on our staff, sets us up for unparalleled success. Our ethos of pioneering, ownership, winning, excellence and reliability (P.O.W.E.R.) sustains our collaborative culture and will enable us to reach our company goals. We bring an excellent competitive advantage to our partners, as well as a dedicated, high-performance professional team. It’s an exciting time for GS Power Partners, and I look forward to building our new brand.”

Capital Partners: Trust and Transparency

As we look ahead to 2025, GS Power Partners will build on our reputation as a trusted partner to build our capital markets presence.

Nick Sangermano, President of GS Power Partners brings experience raising over $3B in investment capital for clean energy-related projects. We asked Nick what is particularly exciting for him in regard to our relationships with capital partners.

Sangermano responded, “GS Power Partners has built a formidable asset portfolio, a strong pipeline, and an exceptional team. Our focus now is on expanding our visibility within the investment sector and becoming a known, trusted name for lenders and tax equity providers alike. Our aim is to foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders who are equally committed to driving exponential growth in the DG sector. As we continue to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones, both GS Power Partners and our financial partners will thrive.”

Marshall Anderson, our new CFO, is excited about the prospect of deepening our relationships within the investment community.

“GS Power Partners has built a reputation as a solid steward of investment capital,” said Anderson. “Trust and transparency are key to building relationships with capital partners and the company is dedicated to building a disciplined culture around financial operations and governance. The coming years should be a period of growth and expansion as we continue to build upon our relationships and successes.”

Our new General Counsel, Nick Kamphaus, who joins GS Power Partners from Nexamp, is  focused on our legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions, as well as deal flow structuring.

“I’ve joined the company at an exciting time,” Kamphaus explained. “Once again, I find myself working with a clean energy leader on the brink of explosive growth. I look forward to helping to take GS Power Partners to the next level.”

Excellence in Project Development and Operations

Amanda Zurla, an executive who has been with GS Power Partners since its founding, was recently promoted to Chief Development Officer. She is passionate about GS Power Partners’ key differentiator – years of experience across all aspects of project development and execution, including permitting, design, development and construction, operation and long-term asset performance.

“Among our primary differentiators is our team’s strong management of every stage in the project lifecycle,” said Zurla. “A consistent focus on due diligence, transparency and long-term partnerships are at the core of everything we do, and a key part of our success.”

Osman Sediqi has held a variety of positions at GS Power Partners, working across both asset and project management areas. He was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer and is focused on operationalizing processes around asset management and fostering transparent, mutually-beneficial working relationships with EPCs and subcontractors.

Sediqi explains: “As COO, I am focused on building operational excellence across all functions of asset management. As we enter new markets, as we have done in previous ones, it is critical to build relationships with top EPC partners who are leaders in their geographies and understand what it takes to be successful.”
